This year's New York Women of Excellence and All Women Fundraising event will focus on raising capital to create “The New York Fund,” a loan fund for Minority and Women Business Enterprises. This initiative serves as a vehicle to provide needed services and assistance to small businesses, specifically for women and minority enterprises. It will also provide financing to those M/WBE certified firms with government and private procurement contracts.
